Regina began exploring farming out of a desire to understand where her food comes from. As knowledge of the industrial farming complex became more mainstream, Regina sought alternatives to the mess of factory farms and chemical-based agriculture. This food journey has allowed her to explore her talents as a cook, an artist, and community member: interning with Bread & Puppet Theater

, managing the Plymouth Outdoor Farmers’ Market and working with Local Foods Plymouth
. The foothills of the White Mountains and the Baker River Valley are where she has planted her roots and bloomed.
She’s so excited for the growth of the farm.
She loves a lot of vegetables, but really loves radishes, cauliflower, celery, and fresh parsley.
